About Us

With more than 25 years in industry Adam decided to start his own business to provide consulting services to help Tasmanian small and medium sized businesses to build sustainable processes to meet the ever changing needs of customers and other stakeholders. With a broad professional experience based in manufacturing and services businesses, he has spent the past 8 years coaching all levels of business in best practices including Business Excellence based on EFQM frameworks and Manufacturing Excellence (Lean) implementation.

Industry Experience 

Adam's industry experience includes;

Operations and production management in papermaking, pulping, boiler and water treatment operations in Victoria and Tasmania for 14 years.

Account sales and technical support management in a global specialty chemical company servicing the paper and water treatment industries (5 years).

Leading the implementation of a lean manufacturing best practice program at an FMCG dairy food manufacturing plant in Tasmania (3.5 years).

Business Advisory services contracted to a Federal Government support program for SME businesses with services including:

• Documented business reviews of strategy, financial and operational performance.
• Best practice facilitation (Business Excellence and Manufacturing Excellence) under the Defence Industry Innovation Centre's Supplier Continuous Improvement Program (SCIP) framework.
