ISO 9001 - Quality Manangement Systems

Customers and government departments are increasingly requiring evidence of a certified Quality Mangement System (QMS). The latest version of ISO9001 was released in 2015 and businesses with the previous (:2008) version will be required to update by September 2018. The new ISO 9001:2015 aligns the documention with other management systems and introduces some new requirements related to stakeholders (interested parties), risk management and a greater focus on leadership commitment and external environment (context of the business).
